This year we back to holding our AGM in our usual meeting room, the Amanda Mills room at the Salle de l’Eveillé in Lauzerte. This will take place on Tuesday 13th February 2024 at 2pm. All members are invited to join us, and will receive an email with the details. Membership renewal form and a Proxy form are available here on the website, links below.

- Subscriptions for 2024 (we will be proposing an increase, as this has remained the same since our inception, 10 years ago)

- Guest speaker Betty Lilly on “Planning a Mediterranean Garden”
- Refreshments
If you will not be attending the AGM and would like to be represented, please complete the Proxy Form, no later than Monday 12th February, 2024.

The AGM is also the time to renew your membership, to ensure that you receive all our emails and newsletters. If you haven’t already done so, you can complete your renewal by using our Membership Form. Included in the form is space for you to tell us about your currents areas of gardening interest, and any skills you have that are relevant to our club, so please take a moment to complete it. We have lots of activities planned for the coming year and a full programme of meetings and outings.
